What we believe
We Believe In the Triune God – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
We Believe Jesus Christ is true God and true man.
We Believe The Holy Spirit is a divine person.
We Believe The Old and New Testament are God’s divinely inspired words.
We Believe All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God and are in need of salvation.
We Believe Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men.
We Believe It is the will of God that every believer be filled with the Holy Spirit.
We Believe Healing is provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every believer.
We Believe The Church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

Our Leaders
Pastor Donald R. Gridiron, Sr.
Pastor Donald R. Gridiron, Sr. is the founder of Faith Center Ministries (F.C.M.) located in Walnut, California. Established in 1987, with twelve charter members, this dynamic ministry began in the home of Pastor Gridiron and his wife Gloria. F.C.M. has now grown to 400 members and offers a host of ministries and programs to meet the needs of the congregation and community.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Pastor Gridiron accepted the Lord, as his Savior, as a teenager and was called into the ministry at the age of 17. As an ordained Elder of the Church of God in Christ, Pastor Gridiron has served in various leadership capacities with the Southern California First Jurisdiction, for more than 3 decades.
Pastor Gridiron attended East Los Angeles College where he earned an Associates of Arts Degree in Governmental Management. Now retired, Pastor Gridiron had a successful career with the United States Post Office for 33 years. He started as a clerk and worked his way up through the ranks to Director of City Operations in the Inglewood Sectional Center, where he led a team of 100 managers and 1800 employees.
Pastor Gridiron teaches the truths of the Gospel as he ministers to the Spirit, Soul and Body. Under his leadership, Faith Center Ministries sets forth to actualize its’ mission to establish Global Evangelical Ministries that holistically empower people spiritually, educationally, economically and socially, through Faith in God, His Word, His Spirit and themselves.
Adhering to the great commission, Pastor Gridiron has preached the Word of God to thousands throughout the United States, South America and completed African mission trips to Nigeria in 2006 and South Africa in 2008.
Throughout the years, Pastor Gridiron’s passion and commitment to serve others has been recognized and celebrated by various organizations. He was awarded the Inland Valley News “Celebration of Excellence Award” and the “Unsung Hero Award” presented by, Judge Mablean Ephriam.
First Lady Gloria Jean Gridiron
Gloria Jean Gridiron was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She married Donald Richard Gridiron, Sr., on July 20, 1963. Gloria was saved as a very young child. She rededicated her life to the Lord and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 16.
She graduated from Fremont High School in Los Angeles and went on to attend Los Angeles City College and the French School of Dress Design. Gloria has been a successful business woman for over thirty years. She has served her community’s needs as a caterer, floral designer and interior decorator, specializing in window fashions.
While taking care of all of the duties of home and business, Gloria is also a most capable Director of Church Services and President of Women’s Fellowship at Faith Center Ministries in Walnut, California, which she co-founded with her husband in 1987.
Pastor & First-Lady Gridiron, have been married more than 50 years and their love for one another is admired by all who know them. They have two children; Donald Richard Gridiron, Jr. and his wife Natasha, and a daughter, Lynette Winston, Attorney at Law, and her husband James. They are the proud grandparents of three grandsons and three granddaughters. Pastor and Mrs. Gridiron also parented their nephew, Vincent and niece, Ashley. Their hands are full, but God is good.
